We're Here to Listen
The Barnabas House is a community counseling ministry, sponsored by four United Methodist Congregations in Lincolnton. (Lincolnton First, Bethany, Pine Grove and Midway) A grant from the North Georgia Conference of the UMC, was awarded for the purpose of establishing a community counseling center for the citizens of Lincoln County. We are located in the old high school on Ward avenue, and counselors are available for one day each week.
We are here for you.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, trained counselors who listen to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan that addresses your unique needs or challenges.
To provide affordable, quality, certified counseling services for the citizens of Lincoln County Georgia, through a collaborative effort between the United Methodist Churches of Lincolnton, the North Georgia Conference Strategic Growth Team, Richmont University and the Lincoln County School System.
